Salary: R27 000 - R29 500 Neg (DOE)

The Role
We seek a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support our National Sales Director. This is not a standard desk role.

Requirements)

• National Senior Certificate
• Certificate or Diploma in PA / Office Management
• At least 5 years of PA experience in a sales environment (interior design, architecture, luxury goods, or similar preferred)

Main Duties

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the National Sales Director
• Coordinate events, including client showings, trade shows, and vendor meetings
• Take accurate minutes during strategic and sales meetings
• Prepare reports and assist with sales documentation
• Manage databases and records of high?value clients and suppliers
• Handle equipment, facilities, and office logistics
• Prioritize competing requests in a dynamic, deadline?driven setting
