Job Title: Head Bar Manager/Mixologist
Location: Northern Suburbs - Rosebank  Johannesburg
Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 Neg(depending on experience)

Barista Qualifications:

• A high school diploma and barista training/certification are preferred.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and espresso preparation.
• Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to operate coffee machines and manage multiple orders efficiently.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Barman Qualifications:

• High school diploma; bartending certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple drink orders and maintain a clean bar.
• Knowledge of alcohol regulations and responsible service practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic cash handling skills and experience with POS systems.
