Role Overview As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing high‑calibre candidates within the insurance and adjusting sectors. You will be responsible for managing a 180 recruitment process sourcing and identifying top talent for some of the biggest names in the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with experience in the insurance or adjusting fields who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing: Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques including networking, headhunting, job boards, and social media to identify and attract top talent within the insurance and adjusting sectors.

Candidate Screening: Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match with client requirements.

Job Advertising: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates, ensuring accurate records of all interactions.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates.

Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Offer Management: Assist in the negotiation of offers and terms of employment, ensuring a positive outcome for both the client and candidate.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements Required Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment

Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in all level roles within a specialised industry.

Strong understanding of the insurance and adjusting markets, including key industry players, trends, and challenges.

Skills and Attributes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with both candidates and clients.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
