Human Resource Business Partner, Johannesburg

Overview

Hire Resolve is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Business Partner for a manufacturing company. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and partnering with various stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with line managers to provide guidance on HR matters Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage the recruitment and onboarding process Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs Oversee employee engagement and retention initiatives Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Highly organized and detail-oriented HR certification (. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
