If you see yourself as a connector, strategist, and relationship‑builder, our Client Coverage Graduate Programme is designed to stretch, challenge, and accelerate you from day one. Instead of asking you to specialise immediately, we’ll give you a comprehensive introduction to the Client Coverage environment — from sector teams and regional franchises to our African footprint and global network. You’ll gain exposure to how we originate opportunities, understand client needs, and coordinate with product teams across the bank to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end solutions.

If you're passionate about understanding businesses, solving complex client challenges, and driving value through strong partnerships, this programme is built for you. You’ll play a meaningful role in helping our clients grow, compete, and succeed across the continent, while learning what it takes to become a trusted advisor within CIB.
