WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a boutique investment and wealth management firm to recruit a commercially strong Senior Wealth Manager / Wealth Advisor. This role is suited to an experienced relationship-led advisor who can manage and grow high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships while contributing to long-term business growth.

About the Role

As Senior Wealth Manager, you will develop tailored investment strategies, manage client portfolios, and build trusted long-term advisory relationships. This is a high-ownership role in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where success depends on relationship depth, commercial ability, and comfort operating without heavy structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and grow HNW/UHNW client relationships
• Develop personalised financial plans and investment strategies
• Manage and rebalance diversified client portfolios
• Provide advice across retirement, estate, tax, and investment planning
• Conduct market research and identify investment opportunities
• Deliver regular portfolio performance updates to clients
• Collaborate with internal specialists across tax, legal, and investment functions
• Drive client growth through sourcing, networking, and relationship expansion

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in wealth management or investment advisory
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships
• Strong evidence of revenue generation or book growth
• Relevant BCom degree
• FAIS compliance
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, asset allocation, and risk management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a trust-led advisory style
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, unstructured, high-performance environment

Nice to Have

• CFP, CFA, CAIA, CA(SA), or actively working toward a relevant designation
• Experience with HNW/UHNW clients
• Exposure to alternative investments such as hedge funds or private debt
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Iress, or Morningstar
