What will you do

• Develop and execute full-funnel performance strategies aligned to business objectives
• Manage, optimise, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
• Allocate and manage budgets to maximise ROI (ROAS, CPL, CAC)
• Implement and manage tracking via GA4, GTM, and platform pixels
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Drive A/B testing and continuous optimisation initiatives
• Provide input on creative and messaging based on performance data
• Deliver clear reporting with strategic recommendations
• Ensure accuracy across campaign setup, tracking, and reporting

What do you need

• Proven experience in a senior digital/performance marketing role (agency experience preferred)
• Strong platform expertise across paid media channels
• Solid understanding of analytics, tracking, and attribution (GA4, GTM)
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link performance to business outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
