Description

We are looking to hire a Receptionist. It's a 4 months contract role based in Wadeville.

Responsibilities

  • Operating the switchboard by answering all incoming calls and ensuring they are transferred to the appropriate personnel;
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are collected from reception by appropriate personnel;
  • Reporting all telephone extensions that are not working to IT;
  • Updating the telephone extension list and distributing it to all Wadeville users
  • Booking interview appointments for shortlisted candidates and ensuring boardrooms are booked for interviews;

Requirements

  • Grade 12;
  • Qualification/certificate in office management or related field is required;
  • HR Diploma or studying towards a HR Diploma will be advantageous;
  • Prior experience as a switchboard operator and receptionist
  • Computer literate in MS office suit is required;
