Are you a hands-on supervisor with experience in meat or food processing? We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our team, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and food safety compliance are consistently met.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coach production staff to achieve daily targets and maintain efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production schedules.
• Monitor yields, line efficiency, and packaging waste.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and all food safety, quality, and HR regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Report production performance to management and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ supervisory experience in a meat or food processing environment, preferably unionized.
• National Diploma or Degree (HACCP certification preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
