HR Manager, Johannesburg

Hedz Recruitment is seeking a proven HR Manager for a leading automotive group in Johannesburg. This is a hands-on HR leadership role, responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for automotive staff

• Oversee performance management and employee relations

• Ensure HR compliance, policy implementation, and HR administration

• Maintain accurate HR records and reports

• Advise management on labour law, employee relations, and HR best 

  practices

• Drive employee engagement and support organisational HR initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
• 5 years' experience as an HR Manager in the automotive industry
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management & employee relations
• Proven experience in HR compliance, policy implementation & HR administration
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation & MIBCO – non-negotiable
