Job Opportunity: Pastry Chef – Fine Dining - Premier Restaurant Group
Location: Northern Suburbs - Rosebank  Johannesburg
Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 (negotiable)

  • We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our high-end kitchen team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a passion for culinary artistry, precision, and innovation in luxury dining.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pastry operations – Oversee pastry section, supervise staff, and maintain impeccable standards.

    • Menu development – Create and refine desserts, pastries, and seasonal offerings.

    • Inventory & cost control – Manage ordering, stock rotation, and food cost efficiency.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Culinary diploma or degree from an accredited institution.

    • 5+ years of professional pastry experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

    • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, dessert plating, and inventory management.
