Electrician Location: Alrode - Eastern Suburbs
Job Type: Temp
Seniority Level: Mid-Career (3-5 yrs exp) Job Purpose: To install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Qualified Electrician Trade Test Certificate
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, drives, and control panels
  • Good fault-finding skills
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults
  • Install and maintain electrical wiring, panels, and control systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
  • Assist with machinery installations and upgrades
  • Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards
