Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their clients team in Johannesburg, GP, South Africa. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the company and providing financial guidance to senior management.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, preparing financial reports for management, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, monitoring and analysing financial performance, and managing financial risks.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (NQF Level 7) Professional qualification such as CA preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Competencies
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (., ERP systems). Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong leadership and people management skills.
