Overview

Hire Resolve is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our client in Johannesburg. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to clients in the assigned region. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure regular contact and communication through business reviews. Monitor and report on competitor activities. Manage customer pricing and route-to-market strategies. Build and maintain sound business relationships through regular interaction. Communicate effectively with customers at various levels and with all stakeholders. Provide technical support to customers. Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure prompt processing of customer claims. Assist customers in developing products to actively promote the company brand.

Requirements :

Matric and National Diploma in Food Technology or Sales & Marketing. Solid 3-4 years of technical background in food/ingredients and experience in sales, preferably in food manufacturing. Valid Code 8 Driver’s licence. Sales-focused with strong customer relationship-building skills and attention to detail. High ethical values, professionalism, and maturity. Willingness to work outside normal working hours. Team player with a strong, confident, and assertive personality. Ability to take initiative.
