Junior Quotations and Logistics Coordinator, Johannesburg

Salary Range: R12 000 – R15 000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Role Overview

We're seeking a motivated Junior Quotations and Logistics Coordinator. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales support and logistics. You'll work closely with our experienced Quotations and Logistics Manager while gaining hands-on experience in quotations, client service, and supply chain operations.

Perfect for: Recent graduates or professionals with 1-2 years experience looking to grow in logistics/sales support.

What You'll Do

• Quotations Support (40%): Assist with preparing quotations, maintain databases, process requests, and support order conversion
• Administrative Tasks (25%): Manage CRM systems, update records, prepare reports, handle documentation and filing
• Client Communication (20%): Handle basic client inquiries, provide order updates, support customer service activities
• Logistics Support (15%): Assist with shipping coordination, track deliveries, support supplier communications

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 1-2 years experience in administration, customer service, or similar role
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

Great to Have:

• Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain qualification
• Previous experience with quotations, order processing, or logistics
• Customer service experience (B2B preferred)
• Basic understanding of import/export procedures
