Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a skilled Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing efforts that connect teams, showcase achievements, and reinforce a strong corporate culture across the business. This opportunity is ideal for a creative and strategic marketing professional with experience in engineering, industrial, or project-driven environments who can translate technical information into engaging and meaningful communication.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement internal marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals. Create and distribute internal newsletters, bulletins, and digital communication content. Drive employee engagement campaigns, recognition initiatives, and internal awareness programs. Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication materials. Manage corporate templates, presentations, proposals, and branded collateral. Develop content including articles, posters, videos, and infographics highlighting company milestones and projects. Coordinate internal events, team-building initiatives, training sessions, and exhibitions. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to strengthen employer branding and company culture. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives. Conduct internal surveys to assess communication effectiveness and employee sentiment. Support technical teams with marketing content for presentations, tenders, and internal showcases.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management. 5–7 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within engineering, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments. Proven experience in internal marketing and corporate communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms. Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and internal communication platforms. Strong project management and organisational abilities. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Graphic design, video editing, and content creation experience will be advantageous. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and cross-departmental communication initiatives.
