Key Responsibilities
Lead backend development initiatives using C#/.NET and Java/J2EE
Drive the migration of legacy .NET systems to modern Java-based architectures
Design and develop secure, scalable enterprise financial applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with client stakeholders
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployments across AWS and Azure
Mentor and support junior developers while promoting engineering best practices
Requirements
5+ years of backend development experience
Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and Java/J2EE
Solid experience with SQL and large-scale datasets
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Previous consulting or client‑facing experience is advantageous
