Description
Reporting to the

Head of Legal , you will provide legal advice, review and manage contracts, and ensure compliance with insurance legislation and regulatory requirements. What you’ll do: Support the Head of Legal with legal standards and compliance.

Draft, review, and manage contracts.

Conduct legal research on insurance and commercial law.

Advise business units and partners on regulatory matters.

Assist with training and regulatory submissions.

What we’re looking for: LLB or equivalent degree.

2–3 years’ experience in insurance/contract law.

Knowledge of key insurance legislation (Short-&Long-Term Insurance Acts, FAIS, POPIA, Companies Act, TCF Principles).

Strong research, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
