National Sales Representative– Construction Cladding Sector South Africa | Remote (JHB or Cape Town preferred)

This is a national role for a sales professional who knows how to open markets, influence specifications, and close deals.

If you are comfortable operating independently, travelling extensively, and engaging across the full construction value chain– this is an opportunity to take real ownership of a growing product offering.

The Role You will be responsible for driving sales and product adoption nationally, working across installers, contractors, architects, designers, and commercial stakeholders.

This role sits at the intersection of business development, specification influence, and technical sales– where your ability to build relationships and convert opportunities will directly impact growth.

Key Focus Areas

Develop and grow business across a national territory

Build strong relationships across the construction and design ecosystem

Drive product specification and market adoption

Identify new opportunities and convert them into revenue

Manage the full sales cycle– from first contact through to close

Provide technical input and support where required to secure projects

Represent the business at site level, client meetings, and industry events

Take ownership of your pipeline, forecasting, and performance targets

What This Role Requires

A self-sufficient, commercially minded sales professional

Someone comfortable working remotely and independently

Confidence engaging both technical and executive stakeholders

A proactive approach to building pipeline– not relying on inbound

Willingness to travel extensively across South Africa and neighbouring regions

Experience

3–5+ years in construction, cladding, façade, or finishing sales

Strong exposure to project-based / specification sales environments

Proven ability to secure business and meet targets

Solid technical understanding of materials and installation processes
