BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 1-year admin experience
- Good keyboard/PC skills (Excel)

CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES:
- Managing mailboxes
- Distribution of queries via email
- Managing external correspondence
- Preparing of returns for scanning and member level
- Assisting Credit Controllers with hand over files etc.
- Assist with Special Projects when required.
- Assist with Reception Duties when required.
- Update Recon /Queries spreadsheet for Credit Control
