INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE City Deep, Johannesburg 15 000– R18 000 Basic + Commission

Responsible for servicing allocated customer accounts, assisting walk-in customer, securing new accounts, handling inquiries in a timely manner, processing orders and providing quotations. Also, supporting the sales team to maintain or build customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Please note:

Preference will be given to candidates with specific automotive air-conditioning experience (technician, parts sales, supplier, or related exposure). General automotive aftermarket experience is advantageous but secondary.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Non-negotiable)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Automotive Aftermarket or Parts Sales

Working knowledge of automotive air-conditioning systems (essential)

Ability to communicate in English and basic Afrikaans

Strong stress tolerance and ability to multitask

Understanding of restraint of trade considerations

Key Responsibilities

Service allocated customer accounts

Assist walk-in customers

Generate quotations and invoices

Process orders and respond to enquiries timeouslySecure new accounts and grow customer base

Analyze market trends

Achieve and exceed sales targets

Work closely with external sales representatives

Report to the Regional Sales Manager
