A Well-established Employers Organisation has an opportunity for an experienced IR Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. Offices are based in Muckleneuk, Pretoria area. This is a hybrid position with working hours from Monday to Friday: 09:00– 16:00.Duties&Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance on labor law matters to clients Represent clients in CCMA proceedings, including conciliation, mediation, and arbitration Assist clients in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws Conduct investigations into workplace disputes and grievancesDevelop strategies for resolving labor disputes and minimizing legal risks for clients Keep abreast of changes in labor legislation and provide updates to clients as necessary Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive HR and legal solutionsPrepare and present training sessions on labor law topics for clients and internal staff Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client cases Minimum Requirements

LLB degree or equivalent in Law would be highly advantageous 2+ years working experience within the same or similar role dealing with the CCMA Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations in South Africa Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
