Job Description

Implements and drives further target group oriented recruiting strategy in close alignment with Global Expert Talent Acquisition and forwards derived requirements to Hiring Administrators in RSSC

Gives input and feedback to Hiring Management, respective HR Partners and Global Expert Talent Acquisition on improvement of recruiting related processes and tools e.g. in relation to the placement of meaningful job advertisements

Designs, implements and maintains Recruiting Toolbox for Hiring Managers in alignment with Global Expert Talent Acquisition to allow global governance

Supports and facilitates Assessment Centers for selected candidates

Supports recruiting related (mass) projects and takes part in further HR projects

Work Experience

Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate)

Fluent in local language (B2 Upper intermediate)

At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area

At least 1 year of experience as Project Member
