Junior Reporting Performance Analysis - Graduate

and play a key role in ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting. You will support the distribution of analyzed data and reports to internal and external clients on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis, in line with agreed procedures and SLAs. This role requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused service.

Qualifications

Preferred:

Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Investments, or related field.

Interest in completing

FRM

or

CIPM

(advantageous).

Key Responsibilities

Data Management&System Functionality:

Process and analyze data for client and portfolio reporting.

Maintain and improve reporting systems and analytics.

Ensure timely and accurate data distribution.

Technical&Analytical Reporting:

Create and maintain manual and automated reports.

Respond to ad hoc internal and external queries.

Support testing of new and existing system functionality.

Integrate finance and risk data for improved visibility.

Help predict and mitigate operational and market risks.

Customer Service:

Provide insights to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.

Performance&Documentation:

Monitor business performance and generate reports.

Maintain documentation for problem-solving procedures.

Understanding of investment terminology and reporting standards.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of performance analysis, attribution methodologies, and GIPS (advantageous).
