R23 000 - R25 000 Monthly (+ commission on property sales)

A well-established Real Estate Agency is seeking an Office Manager to run the office based in the Fourways/Randburg Area in Gauteng.

Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria and duties would include:

Qualified Real Estate Agent

Run the office daily with a focus on building brand and supporting the Real Estate Agents in the office

Support and train Candidate Property Practitioners through a well-established training programme

Recruit seasoned and new to industry Real Estate Agents

Mentor and coach agents to improve performance and productivity

Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback

Support agents in achieving sales targets and professional goals

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market

Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Promote continuous professional development within the team

Assist the Real Estate Agents with clients with buying, selling, and renting properties

Support the Real Estate Agents in producing accurate property valuations

Assist the Real Estate Agents in negotiating property deals

Salary: R23000– R25000 per month + commission on property sales.
