The ideal candidate would be responsible for: On-site breeder houses. Risk management, bio-security and the staff compliment. Welfare of the birds. Attending to registers, graphs, vaccinations and ventilation, among other responsibilities. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:National Senior Certificate (Grade 12). Five (5) Years relevant Breeder experience in supervising a large poultry production complex. The ability to cope under pressure. Clear understanding of 20 keys. High standard towards housekeeping and attention to detail. Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills. Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required.
