Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the complex Oversee gaming, hospitality, conferencing, and entertainment operations Drive innovation and market competitiveness across business divisions Optimise gaming floor performance through product mix, loyalty strategy, and customer segmentationImplement high-performance operating models to improve service delivery and efficiency Translate market insights and customer trends into actionable strategies Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial planning Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and cost optimisation opportunitiesMaintain strong relationships with regulators and ensure full licence compliance Lead diverse teams and foster a culture of accountability and high performance Build strong stakeholder relationships across employees, guests, unions, and community leaders Drive transformation initiatives and oversee B‑BBEE strategyWhat You Bring

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Gaming Management, or a related field Postgraduate qualification advantageous Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar executive leadership role Proven track record managing complex multi‑business operationsStrong understanding of gaming operations and revenue optimisation in regulated environments Demonstrated experience in strategic leadership and financial management Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large budgets Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and decision‑making capabilityExperience engaging with regulators, unions, and executive leadership teams What Success Looks Like
