This role is focused on managing small, highly personalised events and VIP guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests are looked after to an exceptionally high standard while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail at all times.
The role requires someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable managing individuals with very specific requirements and expectations.
Salary:
R15,000– R20,000 per month

The Challenges: This role can be demanding and highly unpredictable. Guest requirements, schedules, and event details may change at short notice, requiring flexibility and calm problem-solving.
Attention to Detail: This is a detail-driven role. Small oversights can have a large impact on guest experience, so organisation and follow-through are critical.
Communication: You will work directly with leadership, guests, suppliers, and service providers. Clear communication and professionalism are essential at all times.
Flexibility: The role may require irregular hours depending on guest schedules and events. The successful candidate must also be able to travel globally on short notice when required.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination: Manage and oversee small private events and guest engagements from planning through execution.
Front of House: Act as the primary point of contact for guests and ensure a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
Guest Experience Management: Coordinate highly personalised guest requirements, itineraries, bookings, transport, and schedules.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with venues, hotels, transport providers, catering teams, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Operational Support: Assist leadership with guest logistics, schedules, and event-related administration where required.
Requirements&Skills
Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in boutique hotels, luxury hospitality, or 5-star guest environments is essential.
Front of House Experience: Strong guest relations and client-facing experience.
Organisation: Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
Presentation: Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Flexibility: Must be able to adapt to changing guest needs, event requirements, and travel schedules.
Travel Requirement: Must be willing and able to travel globally on short notice.
