To advance national energy access, climate, and development priorities, the client is seeking an Off-Grid Energy&Clean Cooking Expert to provide technical leadership, policy support, and coordination across government institutions, development partners, and private‑sector actors in Togo. The Expert will contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of off-grid renewable energy and clean cooking initiatives, with a particular focus on decentralised energy solutions, clean cooking market development, and inclusive access for underserved and ruralpopulations. The role will support evidence-based decision-making, investment readiness, and effective coordination across the off-grid and clean cooking ecosystem.This assignment forms part of the client’s localisation and capacity‑strengthening approach, and Togolese nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
