Client Property company operating across residential and commercial development, buy-to-let investments, and rental portfolio management.

Purpose Our client is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to enhance their financial modelling and support strategic decision‑making.

This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Financial Analyst based in Midrand.

Responsibilities

Conduct statistical analyses, develop predictive models, and interpret financial and actuarial data to inform business decisions.

Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support risk assessments and long‑term strategic planning.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Qualifications&Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

Progress toward actuarial certification through a recognized professional body.

Minimum 5 years of experience in property investment or financial services.

Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in Mathematics, enabling accurate data interpretation and trend identification.

Proven knowledge of Statistics and Finance to support forecasting and risk analysis.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and collaborate across teams.

Proficiency in actuarial or financial modelling tools and advanced Excel capabilities.
