Role Summary This position is a new opportunity in our company.

We are looking for aseniorprocess engineerwithexperience working within a Mineral Processing plant, ideallyrelated to flotation. The candidate willplay a leadership rolewithin amulti-disciplinaryequipment commissioning and optimization team at various sites around the world.The candidate willleadpilot plant tests, analyzetestresults,anddevelopcircuit mass balancesfordesign.The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of mineral processing operations, a passion for technology,and becomfortable withexploring and developingtechnology. As this role requires15-30% travel, those applying should enjoy traveling and be excited about working on different sites with different mineralsacross the world.

Lead commissioning and optimization of flotation equipment.

Lead, plan,andcoordinate pilot plant test workfocused on circuit design and development.

Structure and analyze dataas part of optimization andresultsreview.

Producing technical documentation (e.g.,reports, manuals, publications).

Trainingother process engineers.

LedR&Dand Continuous Improvementinitiativesto improveproducts andexisting projects.

Traveling to mineral processing sites across the world (15-30%travel is typical)

Qualifications/Requirements

An Engineering Degree in ChemicalorMetallurgicalEngineering.

A postgraduate degree in ChemicalorMetallurgicalEngineeringwill bebeneficial.

A postgraduate degree inGeneral or Project Managementwill bebeneficial.

Over10years of experience within the mining and metallurgy industry.

Experience in mineral processing and operations.

Experience in mineralsprocessing laboratories.

Experience in process design and project execution.

Proficient in Excel. A data analyticsbackgroundand other programming languages will be beneficial.

Ability to communicate well in English, both written and verbally.

Spanish and or Portuguese is an asset.
