We're searching for a

Client Implementation&Service Manager

who's part project maestro, part relationship guru, part problem‑solving ninja, and full‑time client champion. You'll be the friendly face new clients trust— and the steady hand that keeps everything running like a dream.

What You Bring to the Table:

3-5 years' experience in a

Financial Services Organisation (CIB)

Solid

Project Management

background (3-5 years)

Hands‑on experience in

Transactional Banking , plus knowledge across Cash, Trade, Investor Services&Card

Client engagement experience across multiple

African markets (SBSA presence)

Comfortable working across global locations

Confidence to engage with senior/executive management (CFOs, Treasury Heads, Financial Managers)

Deep understanding of

account opening, onboarding, FICA/KYC

across African regions

Ability to take full ownership of implementations—driving "mandate to money"

Knowledge of

TPS channels, SWIFT, electronic channel integrations

and onboarding

Solid operations and systems exposure

Location&Offer: This is a
