Job Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Cold‑calling and acquiring new clients.
Up‑sell and cross‑sell products.
Source and convert own leads.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Contact customer base monthly.
Prospect and build new client pipelines.
Retain out‑of‑contract and renewable customers.
Develop relationships with the assigned customer base and new clients.
Create ongoing rapport with business clients.
Maintain and grow existing client base.
Conduct customer account analysis.
Maintain, build and service relationships on a regular basis.
Identify, address and resolve concerns / queries.
Provide feedback to customers within 24‑48 hours.
Follow SDT process for mid‑to‑complex query resolution.
Provide accurate forecasting daily on SalesForce.
Verify sales report daily.
Maintain accurate records on opportunities in SalesForce and Excel.
Maintain accurate records on commits weekly.
Keep reporting on marketing leads up to date.
Submit reports within required timeframes.
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Ensure all interactions are captured on the relevant systems in the approved manner.
Minimum Requirements
Matric/Senior Certificate.
At least 2 years of solid B2B sales experience in marketing mobile and data solutions to businesses (B2B) with prior account management experience.
Proven track record in B2B sales.
Proficiency in MS Office and exceptional presentation abilities.
Full understanding of large/corporate client and sales principles.
Experience within the ICT industry is an added advantage.
Clear criminal record.
