Role Description The Junior Customer Support&Sales Administrator will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support and service to ensure customer satisfaction, assist with sales administration tasks, and address technical support needs for clients. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and relevant teams. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Johannesburg, requiring active collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and providing consistent updates
Basic knowledge of Technical Support to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail in sales administration and order processing
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
A proactive and team‑oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
Prior experience in customer support or sales administration is advantageous
Working Hours Mon– Thurs: 7:00 – 17:00
Fri: 7:00– 16:00
1 Saturday per Month: 8:30– 12:00
Probation 3 Months from employment date
Renumeration R15000 Gross (depending on experience)
