Conducting thorough client needs analyses, including lifestyle, budget, and design preferences

Advising clients on appropriate project investment relative to property value

Design development, presentation, and finalisation with clients

Full management of customer quotes, contracts, payments, and orders

Achieving showroom sales targets, margin requirements, and personal strike rates

End-to-end project management from sale through to installation and completion

Stakeholder management and clear communication throughout the entire project lifecycle

Managing client expectations and providing regular progress feedback

Proactively resolving any issues that arise during project execution

Keeping up to date with the latest kitchen technology, materials, and industry trends

Ensuring overall quality of service delivery across all projects

Any additional duties required by the franchisee
