Assistant Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a driven and motivated individual to join their team as an Assistant Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals and a proven track record of leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities: Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the pharmaceutical department Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Supervise and mentor a team of pharmaceutical technicians and staffManage inventory and stock levels to meet demand and control costs Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication
