half‑day opportunity

with excellent benefits and a supportive environment? We are recruiting a mature, detail‑oriented professional with proven expertise in bookkeeping up to Balance Sheet level.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly invoicing, cashbook reconciliation, and payments

Monthly creditors processing and reconciliations (limited volume)

General ledger journals, intercompany loan reconciliations, stock entries, and month‑end journals

Monthly reporting and analysis up to Balance Sheet

VAT reconciliations and submissions (every second month)

Weekly invoicing and reconciling of sales vs production

Allocation of debtor payments and resolving invoice queries

Ad hoc support to the senior bookkeeper and general office assistance

Systems used:

Syspro Version 8.0

(training provided) and

Microsoft Office 365 .

Requirements

15+ years experience as a senior bookkeeper

Bookkeeping Diploma (up to Balance Sheet)– will be verified

Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment

Strong attention to detail and initiative

Positive references and a clear credit record

Willingness to undergo a competency test

Hours Monday to Friday, 08h00– 13h00

50% contribution towards medical aid, 10.75% contribution towards pension fund.
