Role Overview Reload Logistics is a young and dynamic company that has experienced fast growth and recognized as a lead player amongst Freight Forwarders in Southern Africa.

Reload Logistics is seeking a skilled Estimator with up to 5 years of experience in Sub-Saharan African logistics. This role is central to expanding our bid volume and improving win rates across freight, customs, and supply chain contracts. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in tender preparation, pricing strategy, and regional compliance. A background in cargo operations and rate compiling is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end tender processes for Sub-Saharan African logistics contracts, including RFQs, RFPs, and bid submissions.

Analyze bid performance and support strategies to improve win rates and increase bid volume.

Collaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams to align pricing and service offerings.

Maintain accurate tender documentation, compliance records, and submission timelines.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity across Sub‑Saharan Africa.

Support business development efforts by preparing tailored proposals and client‑specific solutions.

Qualifications

Up to 5 years of experience in tendering within logistics, road freight, freight forwarding, or supply chain.

Strong exposure to Sub‑Saharan African markets (e.g., South Africa, Mozambique, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana).

Proven experience in preparing and submitting logistics tenders.

Good understanding of customs procedures, multimodal routing, and pricing models.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
