Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Associate Attorney specialising in Corporate and Commercial law, based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include providing expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, handling matters relatedto labor and employment law, and offering strategic guidance to clients. The role also requires conducting in‑depth legal research and assisting in resolving complex legal disputes.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Corporate&Commercial Law and Labor and Employment Law

Proficiency in providing comprehensive Legal Advice to diverse corporate clients

Advanced skills in conducting legal Research for complex corporate and commercial matters

Experience and effectiveness in Negotiation and contract drafting

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑compliance environment

LLB

Prior experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably within a specialised legal firm
