Junior Litigation Attorney - Law Firm - Bedfordview Our client, a law firm based in Bedfordview, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Attorney to join their litigation team. The successful candidate will primarily handle matters in the High Court and Magistrate's Court, assisting senior attorneys while gaining valuable experience in various aspects of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting pleadings, notices, affidavits, and other legal documents for litigation cases.

Conducting legal research and analysis on case law and statutes relevant to ongoing matters.

Assisting in the preparation of trial bundles and court presentations.

Attending court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and motions.

Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.

Managing case files, including maintaining records, updating clients, and tracking deadlines.

Assisting senior attorneys in case strategy development and execution.

Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience on evictions, high court, and magistrate's litigation matters.

Experience of Court online and Caselines.

Strong understanding of litigation procedures.

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Ability to draft pleadings independently.

Effective time management and organizational abilities.

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

Experience with legal software and research databases.

Demonstrated interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy.
