Executive Operations Chef | Johannesburg | Multi‑Concept Restaurant Group We’re seeking an accomplished Executive Operations Chef to lead the culinary strategy and operational excellence across a dynamic group of restaurants – comprising a Greek restaurant, a premium steakhouse, and an Italian eatery.

This is a rare opportunity to shape and elevate multiple high‑end kitchens, ensuring consistency, innovation, and profitability across diverse dining concepts. Based at the Head Office in Wynberg, Johannesburg, the successful candidate will oversee culinary operations across all stores, driving standards that define excellence in modern dining.

Experience&Qualifications

Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification

7-10+ years in fine‑dining or premium casual kitchens, with multi‑outlet oversight preferred

Proven track record in menu innovation, cost control, and operational consistency

3-5+ years in senior leadership, managing multiple brigades and outlets

Strong supplier negotiation and procurement expertise

Ability to balance creative vision with disciplined operational management

Key Responsibilities

Direct culinary operations across three distinct restaurant concepts

Spearhead menu development, seasonal innovation, and brand‑aligned culinary identity

Oversee food costing, procurement, and supplier relationships with a focus on sustainability and profitability

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards across all outlets

Mentor and develop kitchen leadership teams, fostering a culture of discipline and creativity

Collaborate with executive management to align culinary strategy with overall business goals

Salary Package R45,000– R55,000 CTC,
