Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and cost control. Lead staff recruitment, training, and retention, promoting a positive workplace culture. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and attract clientele. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
