Warehouse Inventory&Dispatch Coordinator, Johannesburg

Responsibilities

Capture and process all warehouse stock movements accurately on the system

Monitor incoming and outgoing tyre stock, raw materials, and consumables

Prepare delivery notes, invoices, dispatch documents, and stock reports

Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts

Investigate stock variances and report discrepancies

Liaise with production, logistics, procurement, and sales departments
