We are looking for a highly detail-oriented

Document Processing Specialist

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing monthly document processing cycles for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, quality, and delivery within strict SLA timelines.

Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end document processing and fulfilment within SLA deadlines

Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency

Provide status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders

Manage production-related queries and support requests

Configure and optimize processing tools based on client requirements

Monitor automated document workflows and resolve processing issues

Review job specifications and operational requirements

Support new implementations and system enhancements

Log, track, and resolve Level 1 support cases

Escalate critical issues in line with internal processes

Qualifications&Experience:

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in a production, data processing, or project-based environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience with document processing or financial services environments

Knowledge of XML data

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Exposure to MS SQL Server or MS Access

Familiarity with client-server environments

Experience with photo editing tools
