Operations Manager - Pizza Hut (Relocation to UAE) The specific duties of an Operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence&Strategy

Execute strategies to increase sales, optimize costs, and grow market share.

Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and superior guest experience.

Analyze financials and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve profitability.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred

Experience

Min 12+ years’ experience in Restaurants Operations.

Knowledge

Having a broad and extensive knowledge of Restaurants Operations and Ability to lead several operating regions.
