Construction Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish within the specified budget and time frame. Responsibilities

Planning and organizing construction projects Managing and supervising construction teams and subcontractors Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines Controlling project costs and ensuring adherence to budget Enforcing compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsCollaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Preparing and presenting internal and external reports to clients and management Negotiating terms of agreements, drafting contracts and obtaining permits and licences Analyzing, managing and mitigating risks Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience as a Construction Manager Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Professionally registered would be an advantage Experience in managing medium to large-scale construction projects Retail petroleum industry experience would be an advantage.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite Benefits
