Operational Innovation Lead - Improvements, CIB Operations Job Overview Business Segment: Corporate&Investment Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 5 Simmonds Street This role is critical to unlocking value from the bank’s technology investments, driving innovation in reconciliations, and ensuring that solutions are sustainable, scalable, and aligned to business needs. The incumbent will work closely with the reconciliation teams, embedding themselves in day-to-day operations to identify inefficiencies, directlydeveloped practical solutions, and embed automation and intelligence into reconciliation processes.Experience in operational processes and problem-solving, combined with strong technical skills in data, workflows, and AI is critical. Information Technology or any relevant qualifications

Experience Required

5-7 years This role requires at least 7 years of experience in customer data and information lifecycle with an understanding of BI technologies and practices. This experience must include the management of a team as well as the implementation of large-scale projects.
