Global Knowledge is seeking a Creative Digital Design Manager to serve as the creative backbone of our marketing organization. This role owns the visual identity system for Global Knowledge, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence across every customer and prospect touchpoint— from web UI and digital campaigns to sales enablement materials, event graphics, and partner co-branded assets. You will operate as both a hands‑on designer and an internal creative leader, producing high- quality design work directly while also establishing the standards, processes, and assetinfrastructure that enable the broader marketing team to communicate with consistency and impact. Working closely with the Web Product Owner, Content Marketing Manager, Campaign Operations, and Regional Marketing Leaders, you will translate marketing strategy and messaging into compelling visual experiences that drive engagement, reinforce brand authority, and support pipeline generation across all channels and geographies.

Key Responsibilities Visual Identity System Management

Own and steward the Global Knowledge visual identity system, serving as the internal authority on brand standards including typography, color, iconography, photography, illustration, and layout principles

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines documentation, ensuring all internal stakeholders and external agency partners have access to current, comprehensive standards and can apply them consistently across all output

Manage Brandfolder as the organization’s central digital asset management platform — maintaining a well-organized, up‑to‑date library of approved brand assets, templates, and production files accessible to global marketing and sales teams

Audit brand application regularly across channels and geographies, identifying inconsistencies and providing constructive guidance to regional teams, content contributors, and agency partners to maintain quality and coherence

Partner with senior marketing leadership to evolve the visual identity in response to business needs, market positioning shifts, or rebranding initiatives— managing rollout across all affected touchpoints in a coordinated and structured manner

Develop and enforce co‑branding guidelines for partner marketing contexts, ensuring that joint materials with vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, and Cisco meet both Global Knowledge brand standards and partner brand requirements

Web UI&Digital Design

Serve as the primary designer for globalknowledge.com and regional web properties, owning UI design for new pages, templates, landing pages, and site experience improvements in close collaboration with the Web Product Owner

Translate wireframes, content briefs, and campaign requirements into polished, on‑brand web designs that are optimized for user experience, accessibility, and conversion — delivering production‑ready assets to development teams with clear specifications

Design and maintain a library of reusable web UI components, page templates, and modular design elements that enable efficient, consistent page production across both CMS environments (Umbraco for NAM; Sitecore for EMEA)

Create high‑quality digital ad creative across formats — including display banners, paid social assets, and programmatic ad units — in support of campaign programs managed by the Digital Marketing Manager

Design email templates, webinar graphics, landing page visuals, and other digital campaign assets in coordination with Campaign Operations, ensuring creative is optimized for performance across devices and platforms

Stay current on web design trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UI best practices— proactively identifying opportunities to elevate the digital experience for Global Knowledge’s audiences

Own the design and production of Global Knowledge’s core sales collateral library, including capability decks, solution briefs, one‑pagers, proposal templates, battlecards, and customer presentation frameworks

Partner with Product Marketing Managers and the Content Marketing Manager to translate messaging frameworks and content into visually compelling, sales‑ready materials that effectively support the buyer journey across all audience segments and sale types

Develop and maintain a suite of customizable sales templates in PowerPoint, Word, and other formats that enable Account Executives and regional sales teams to produce professional, on‑brand materials for customer‑facing use

Design customer‑facing collateral for specific program types — including dedicated group training, prepaid training agreements, and bespoke learning service programs — ensuring materials reflect the value proposition and purchasing model relevant to each sale type

Produce localization‑ready design files that regional teams and translation partners can adapt efficiently for market‑specific versions, maintaining design integrity across language variants

Campaign&Event Creative

Develop integrated creative concepts for demand generation campaigns in collaboration with Campaign Operations and Regional Marketing Leaders, ensuring visual storytelling is aligned to campaign themes, audience segments, and channel requirements

Design event graphics and experiential materials for Global Knowledge’s event program — including trade show booth graphics, signage, branded merchandise, digital event backgrounds, webinar slide templates, and promotional materials — in coordination with the Event Marketing Manager

Create social media graphics, organic content visuals, and paid social ad creative in support of the social media program, maintaining visual consistency across platforms while adapting format and style to each channel’s norms

Support content marketing with visual assets for thought leadership content including infographics, data visualizations, report covers, ebook layouts, and blog imagery that enhance content value and shareability

Manage creative production timelines across simultaneous campaign and event workstreams, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure briefs are clear, feedback cycles are efficient, and final assets are delivered on schedule

Creative Operations&Workflow

Establish and maintain a structured creative intake and project management process, ensuring all design requests are properly briefed, prioritized, scoped, and tracked from submission through delivery

Develop and manage a library of production‑ready design templates across key asset types — enabling marketing and sales stakeholders to self‑serve on lower‑complexity needs while preserving design quality and brand compliance

Define and maintain file organization, naming conventions, and version control standards for all creative production work, ensuring assets are consistently structured and retrievable within Brandfolder and internal storage systems

Manage relationships with freelance designers, creative contractors, or design agencies as needed to scale capacity during peak periods— briefing external resources clearly and reviewing output to maintain quality standards

Evaluate and recommend creative tools and workflow improvements that increase team efficiency, asset reuse, and production quality over time

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual/digital design— ideally within a B2B marketing environment with demonstrated ownership of a corporate visual identity system

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with particular depth in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; proficiency in Figma or comparable UI/UX design tools for web design work is strongly preferred

Experience with Canva in a brand‑governed context and familiarity with digital asset management platforms; hands‑on experience with Brandfolder is a strong advantage

Demonstrated ability to work across a broad range of output types— including web UI, digital ad creative, sales collateral, event graphics, and long‑form content design — at a consistently high standard

Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG), with the ability to deliver web assets that translate cleanly to development

Experience designing within brand and partner co‑branding constraints, including familiarity with technology vendor brand guidelines (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco) is a plus

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent design requests across multiple stakeholders and deadlines without compromising quality

Strong communication and collaboration skills— comfortable presenting creative concepts, incorporating structured feedback, and educating non‑designers on brand standards and design rationale

Portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print formats, brand system application, and B2B marketing design is required

Experience working within a globally distributed marketing team, with an appreciation for regional localization needs and multi‑language design considerations, is a plus
