Successful candidates will be expected to:
Support the maintenance and optimisation of digital systems and AI solutions
Assist with AI and digital transformation initiatives
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, and user guides
Support project planning and coordination activities
Participate in system testing, upgrades, and implementations
Assist in preparing and executing system test cases
Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Support AI integration into digital systems to improve business performance
Explore emerging technologies and AI‑driven tools for innovation
Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Provide user support during digital and AI solution rollouts
Gain practical exposure to automation tools and data analytics platforms
FlySafair AI Engineering Graduate Programme Minimum Requirements Applicants must have:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
Accepted Fields of Study
Computer Science
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Data Science
Mathematics
Personal Attributes
Professional
Honest and trustworthy
Able to work independently and in teams
Passionate about learning and development
Able to handle confidential information
Strong with time management and organisation
