Position: Tender Administrator Location: Parktown North, Johannesburg

A well-established professional firm based in Parktown North is seeking a highly organized and experienced

Tender Administrator

to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative capabilities, experience managing the full tender process, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Minimum Requirements:

2–3 years’ relevant experience post qualification

Proven experience in tender administration

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and compliance accuracy

Ability to meet strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Source new tenders via online portals, newspapers, and bulletins

Prepare and ensure timely submission of tender responses

Draft plans, quotations, and methodologies

Maintain updated mandatory and compliance documentation

Ensure company certificates are valid and filed correctly

Access and update CSD information

Prepare presentations and tender packs

Follow up on submitted tenders and SLAs

Draft acceptance and extension letters

Maintain accurate filing systems and submission records

Provide general office administrative support

Attend briefing sessions (virtual and in person)

Ensure timely delivery of tenders

Monitor stationery and office supplies

Remuneration:

Salary will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
